Josh and I just purchased our first home. It's a 1925 bungalow on 1/2 an acre with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and in need of a lot of TLC. Here's a sneak peek of the before photos. Above is the front of the house.
Here is a view from the back yard. It has a huge brick patio with it's fair share of weeds.
We completed the demolition stage and filled up a dumpster in no time. This week we have HVAC, plumbers, and tuckpointers coming in to help us out. There's plenty of work to do while we are stuck outside.

Great house. Have fun fixing it up! Love all the property.
Love the house! I can't wait to see some interior shots. Is most of the hardwood intact? We also have a 20s era home. All the floors were okay, but the doors and trim in the bedrooms and hallway had been painted out :( At least our living room and dining room were spared.
What lovely bones it has! Can't wait to see the finished product!
